For the past 25 years, I’ve been on a journey as a learner and teacher in the field of Christian Education. I’ve spent those years at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (CHCA) with thoughtful, curious students and talented expert colleagues. My thinking and practice have changed over the years. And I continue to think about where education is headed and what we can be as a school.

My desire for this site is to create space to talk about what we are doing at CHCA and more importantly, why we are doing it. In a sound bite culture, I want to share the deeper thinking behind the day to day experiences. Living in a post-Christian culture, we must be thoughtful and intentional about every aspect of what it means to be a learning community and a faith community. So join me on this journey as we explore what we mean by academic excellence in a Christ centered environment. Let’s imagine together what the future of Christian education might be.
